Minority Moves Network (M2N) is revolutionizing how we approach diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Their mission is to promote opportunities for underestimated diverse professionals and to help them achieve their dreams through a platform delivering content and community that will support a fulfilling career.
M2N came to us with an idea for a product and a vision for a more uplifting and equitable future. The MPower platform is designed to empower and uplift members, to help them achieve their next level of success and to validate lived experiences through a supportive community of peers.
Our project started with brand identity work and logo design, which led to a style guide that would establish the look, feel and tone of their website and their platform.
